Something not working?

Include device model, operating system, app version and what happened. If a board is affected, include its name. Never send passwords or full payment details.

Purchases and progress

For purchase issues, try restoring purchases in the game with the same store account. For refunds, use the Apple or Google refund process. Progress is local — avoid uninstalling while investigating save issues.

Deleting data

You do not need a game account to request data deletion. Send a request to the contact address. Clearing app data removes the local save but does not automatically remove data sent to service providers. See the privacy policy for details.
