PIXEL BOARD / Privacy policy
Privacy policy
Last updated: 24 September 2026
Scope and controller
This policy covers Pixel Board for Android and iOS and this website. The data controller is Apkeo, NIP 9820382146, Dąbrowskiego 103, 93-202 Łódź, Polska. Contact: [email protected].
Progress on your device
No separate Pixel Board account is required. Progress, collections, currency, language and region settings, privacy choices and purchase grant records are stored locally. Region comes from settings and can be changed by the player; the game does not request GPS, contacts, microphone or photos. System device backups may include app data according to your Apple or Google settings.
Gameplay analytics — Amplitude
When analytics is enabled, Amplitude processes installation/device identifiers, sessions, gameplay and screen events, level, category and difficulty, progress, currency balances, power-up use, purchase details (product, price, currency and outcome), language, region, platform and app version. Network connections also expose an IP address. EU servers are configured; automatic form, page and click capture is disabled. The app asks before enabling analytics in regions requiring consent; elsewhere analytics may be enabled by default. You can turn it off in game settings.
Crash diagnostics — Firebase Crashlytics
Crash reporting is enabled independently of your analytics choice. Google Firebase Crashlytics receives crash and error reports, stack traces, event logs, installation identifiers and technical device, operating system and app version information. Context may include screen, level, region, language, progress, currency balances and No Ads status. This helps diagnose problems and keep the game stable. Disabling analytics does not disable Crashlytics.
Advertising — Google AdMob
AdMob serves between-level ads and optional rewarded ads. Google and advertising partners may process IP addresses, device/advertising identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP, technical data and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. Personalization depends on consent signals and, on iOS, App Tracking Transparency permission. Non-personalized ads can still involve data processing. Available choices can be changed through ad privacy options in game settings and through system settings.
Purchases — RevenueCat, Apple and Google
Your device store and RevenueCat process purchases and restoration, including transaction, product and app customer identifiers, purchase receipts, transaction history and entitlements such as No Ads. The app does not receive full payment card details. Purchases are linked to your store account, not a separate Pixel Board account.
Purposes and legal bases
In the EEA/UK, processing necessary to fulfill purchases and provide features relies on performance of a contract. Optional analytics and personalization rely on consent where required. Diagnostics, security, fraud prevention and support may rely on our legitimate interest in a reliable, safe game; records required by law rely on legal obligations. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing.
Recipients and international transfers
Recipients include Amplitude, Google/Firebase/AdMob, advertising partners identified in the consent form, RevenueCat, and Apple or Google as store operators. When you contact us, your message and contact details are also processed by our email provider. Processing may occur outside the EEA, including in the USA. Depending on the provider and transfer, appropriate adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses apply. Contact the controller for information about applicable safeguards.
Retention and deletion
Local saves remain until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled; system backups may remain with your backup provider. Third-party services have separate retention periods based on their configuration and policies. Purchase records may be retained as needed to restore entitlements, handle accounting, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Support messages are retained as needed to resolve requests and claims. Disabling analytics or uninstalling does not automatically delete previously transmitted data. Contact us to request deletion; we may need information to locate an installation or transaction. Do not send card numbers or passwords.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. Contact [email protected]. You may complain to your supervisory authority, including the President of the UODO in Poland. There is no separate game account to delete. Clearing local data can permanently erase progress and does not refund purchases.
Children
The game does not require age information or registration. We do not knowingly collect children’s data in violation of applicable law. A guardian who suspects such processing can contact us to request investigation and deletion. Observe the store age rating and applicable parental consent rules.
This website
This website does not run the game’s advertising or analytics SDKs and sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Visual effects run locally in your browser. Hosting servers may process standard request logs (such as IP address, time, requested URL and browser details) to deliver and protect the site. Store operators’ policies apply after following a store link.
Security and updates
We limit data collection and use security mechanisms offered by our providers; no storage or transmission method is absolutely secure. Updates are published here with a revised date. Material changes requiring consent will be communicated appropriately before they apply.
