Using the game
You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the game for entertainment in accordance with law and store rules. Do not bypass purchase protections, distribute unauthorized copies or disrupt services. Rights granted by mandatory law remain unaffected.
Purchases and virtual items
Prices and purchase descriptions are shown by the store before confirmation. Currency and power-ups are for use only within the game, are not money and cannot be exchanged for cash. No Ads covers regular ad breaks; optional rewarded ads may remain available. Billing, refunds and restoration follow Apple or Google rules and applicable consumer rights.
Progress and availability
Progress is stored on your device. Clearing data or changing devices may lose progress; restoring purchases does not guarantee restoration of all gameplay progress. Events depend on date and region. Network features, ads and purchases depend on third-party service availability.
Support, liability and updates
Send issues and complaints to [email protected], including app version, platform and a description. We do not limit statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes are published with a revised date and communicated where required by law. On iOS, Apple’s standard license terms also apply unless a different license is specified in the store.
